Decision Making

Have you even made a decision?
Okay, just admit it, as a human being, as an intellect, we have decided to do something almost very seconds
What I mean here is a simple decision
Such as going to wash room, what to eat for lunch, drink water......
See, we choose to do something every second, even deciding to breathe or not
Even like I decided to post something on the blog, I am making a decision too!

Making a decision is not hard at all!
What is HARD is to BEAR the CONSEQUENCES

What if something BAD happens?
What if we FAIL?
What if NOBODY LIKES?
What if he gets ANGRY?
What if.......?

We have so many "what if" to consider and this is a hard nut to crack
And when too many "what if" come into our mind, we tend to lose our focus
We tend to forget the objective of the decision
Then, lots of emotional feeling will disturb our thinking
Right decision cannot be made in such situation

So, how to minimize "what if"?
Basically, in just a few steps, you can make a right, or I should say a suitable decision for yourself
Anyway, there isn't any right or wrong in making the decision but remember you need to be responsible towards your decision
We are in a free world, u can do what you like but if u DARE to do something (good/bad), u must DARE to bear the consequences

These are based on my past experiences
1. Allow yourself to think of "what if" for a maximum of 10 minutes
2. List it down on a paper or anywhere else
3. Give yourself another 10 minutes to think for the solutions or the worst consequences of all your "what if" listed
4. If you can solve ALL, CONGRATZ!!!
If NO, it is FINE! No point thinking about it again!
5. Back to your FOCUS (what you need to decide), ignore all the "what if" ! Sit down and think about what you really want or what you really need
6. Write it down and tell yourself "THIS IS A RIGHT DECISION!"
7. That's all! Now, RELAX and have fun!

For the whole process, it usually takes 40 minutes or less, depends what is the scope of decision you are making
Most importantly, make a decision that makes you HAPPY, not making others HAPPY
Because you are the only how need to BEAR the RESponsibility of your choice ! NOT OTHERs!

However, I also found that 95% of our worries, our "what if" don't happen at all!
Only  5%  might occur which means we waste 95% of our time in thinking "what if"!!!

Remember, we cannot control what others say/think/do!
We can only control ourselves!
Treat yourself well by making decisions that makes you good!!

SAY BYE BYE TO "WHAT IF"!!!
