T.o.n.a --talk only no action!
People nowadays are just like that!
They talk a lot but do nothing or maybe ask others to do and bear the consequences!
They have tones of EXCUSES for doing nothing! They just like to instruct others to do it

But,  in the end they want to be credited!
They will tell others that it is their idea!
Because of their so called BRILLIANT idea, the project is successful!
         
However, when things don't work, they will push the everything to the people that are ACTUALLY DOING !
They will just wash their that of as if that is none of their business! 

That's why they work!                             
If it is successful,they get the credit.
If fail, it is not their fault, must be something wrong with the people who carrying out the project!
They push all the blames to others!
It is 100% not their fault!
It is all other's fault!

So, why should we do for THESE PEOPLE?
Just let them do themselves!
Anyway, ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER!
