i feel like eating something!
so this is what i prepare for myself : RED BROWN WHITE!
you can also take it as a snack!
STEP 1: Add 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
STEP 2 : 2 tablespoons of cereal (corn flakes)
STEP 3 : halve 2 strawberries! add into it!
STEP 4 : EAT IT!!
Total calories : 100 cal but it is tasty + healthy!
